30 Day Return Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase of any item (excluding special order items, demo items, floor model items, redemption equipment, collectibles, arcade games and sports games) The Coin Drops Here will issue you a full refund of the purchase price less a 20% restocking fee and less shipping fees to and from your home. For items with free shipping, actual inbound and outbound shipping fees will be deducted from your total refund amount. New items must be unopened, in brand new condition and in all original packaging. Used and pre-played items must be returned in unused condition in all original packaging that the item was sent in. Items that are damaged in transit can not be returned under this policy. Please see our Delivery Inspection section below for more details on returns of damaged items. All items that are eligible for our 30 day return policy must be returned to us and inside our store or warehouse within 30 days from the date of product delivery as shown on your Bill/Invoice. You must call the store to obtain an RMA before returning any products. Please call us for assistance to arrange return shipping on any products. Feel free to call the store if you are unsure of which products are covered under this warranty.
Items deemed to be defective will be replaced or repaired under the original manufacturers warranties. Defective parts or products must be returned before replacement parts or products are shipped out. The Coin Drops Here will assist you in obtaining phone numbers and reaching the manufacturers technical support staff. Defective items cannot be returned, unless, after 60 days the product cannot be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer or distributor or if the product is covered under our 30 day return policy.
You must thoroughly inspect all of your packages before accepting delivery. If your package is significantly damaged or if cartons are missing you should not accept the delivery without contacting us first. If you refuse delivery, you must note on your shipping receipt refusal due to damaged contents and a detailed description of the damage. All damages must be reported to The Coin Drops Here within 2 days of receipt of merchandise. If your item(s) are damaged during transit and damage to the package is not noted on the shipping receipt as described above, The Coin Drops Here will not return, exchange or reimburse any portion of the sale.
Other Returns And Exchanges
Items can not be returned because of shipping delays which are often out of our control, unless a delivery date was guaranteed in writing by an associate at The Coin Drops Here. Also, items can not be returned if they do not fit in your desired location. Many items in our store are large and over-sized and it is the responsibility of the end user to make the proper measurements. Dimensions for most items are listed under the "technical specs" section of each product listing. Please call for measurements on items where dimensions are not listed. Other returns and exchanges can be made on a case by case basis with approval of a Coin Drops Here associate. Please call the store before purchasing any item of which you are unsure about the return policy.
There will be a 10% fee charged for any canceled orders after your payment has been processed. Custom orders and used items can not be canceled for any reason unless approved in writing by The Coin Drops Here. If approved, custom orders and used items will be charged a 30% cancellation fee. If your order has already been shipped, buyer is responsible for all shipping charges in addition to the restocking fees.
Due due product availability and manufacturer discontinuations, The Coin Drops Here has the right to cancel any order at any time and issue a full refund. You will be notified via phone, email, or other reliable address you have provided in the event such instance should occur.
Used Game Warranties
All used games are sold as is with no warranties expressed or implied unless otherwise noted. Technicians thoroughly inspect and test each machine before shipment. They are guaranteed to be working upon shipment. Used machines also may have minor cosmetic imperfections as well. After the machine leaves our warehouse we are not responsible for any damage or repairs unless the appropriate damage is noted on the bill of lading. Once the damage is verified, we will file a damage claim with the carrier. Standard claim processing time in the freight industry is 30-90 days from the date the claim is filed. If approved by the carrier, repairs and or exchanges will be processed. In the event a machine arrives in non-working condition, please call us as we will do our best to diagnose the problem via technical phone support.
If it is determined that an item is covered under warranty, the defective parts or products must be returned before replacement parts or products are shipped out. All new games and products purchased from The Coin Drops Here come with the Original Manufacturer Warranty. New games and products purchased with no additional warranties are limited to only the Original Manufacturer Warranty. No other warranties are expressed or implied unless otherwise noted.
